1 c sugar
1 c half & half
tsp vanilla
About 2 c flour
2 eggs
pinch salt
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Use just enough flour to make a stiff dough that a spoon stands upright in. Spoon into hot grease; fry on one side, then turn to fry the other side. You can roll finished doughnuts in powdered sugar if you like.
