5 ½ c flour
1 lg can evaporated milk
2 T sugar
1 c. shortening
1 tsp salt
1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour, then add other ingredients.

Icing
1 ½ sticks butter
½ c can milk
3 - 5 T cocoa (if chocolate is desired)

Bring above ingredients to a boil.

Pour 2 lbs powder sugar in mixture. Beat til no lumps. Dip cupcakes or pour over cake.
