1/2 inch ginger root
A handful of mint leaves
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 cup watercress
A pinch of black salt

Directions:
Directions:
Use a mortar and pestle to crush the ginger root and mint leaves together. Transfer the mixture to a glass.
Add water, maple syrup, and black salt. Stir well.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes before drinking.
