• 1 ripe seeded guava
• A handful of mint leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed powder

Directions:

1. Toss the guava into the blender and give it a spin.
2. Pour the guava juice into a glass.
3. Roughly chop the mint leaves and add to the guava juice.
4. Add the fennel seed powder and stir well.
