1 tablespoon honey
1/2 inch ginger root
1 glass warm water

Directions:

1. Heat a glass of water. Do not boil it.
2. Use a mortar and pestle to crush the ginger root.
3. Add the lemon juice, crushed ginger, and honey to the glass of warm water.
4. Drink it while it is still warm.
