1 avocado
1 cucumber
A few flaxseeds
A pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the avocado in half, take the seed out, and scoop out the creamy part.
Slice a cucumber.
Toss the avocado, cucumber, and flaxseeds into the blender.
Add a pinch of salt and spin it till you get a smooth, creamy texture.
Let it cool in the fridge for a while. You can also add ice cubes to it.
