DRESSING:
1 - 3 cloves garlic, peeled & diced
½ c. olive oil
1½ salt
¼ - ½ tsp dry mustard
ground pepper to taste
5 anchovy fillets
6 - 10 drops Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
juice of lemon
1 raw egg (if desired)

SALAD INGREDIENTS:
2 heads romaine lettuce washed & broken
½ to 1 lb. bacon - fried & broken
1 c. croutons - sauteed in bacon fat
2 - 4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 10 ingredients in a food processor. Fry bacon and sautee croutons in bacon fat. Toss dressing, bacon, croutons into romaine lettuce, tossing until romaine is well coated. Add Parmesan and toss again.
