2 medium cucumbers
1 tsp salt
1 c thick sour cream
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp minced onion
tsp granulated sugar
Speck of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pare and slice the cucumbers and sprinkle with 1 tsp of the salt. Let stand for 30 minutes; then press out any excess water between pieces of cheesecloth. Meanwhile combine the remaining ingredients and gently mix with cucumbers.
