1 c butter
¾ c brown butter
1 sleeve saltine crackers
1 bag chocolate chips (I use semi-sweet.)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line a large cookie sheet pan with foil and butter. Place crackers in a single layer on prepared pan. Melt butter and brown sugar; stirring constantly and bring to a boil. Once blended, boil for 5 minutes (continue constant stirring) until mixture begins to pull away from the pan. Pour over crackers and bake in oven for 5-6 minutes, remove immediately. Cool 5 minutes and then sprinkle chocolate chips and spread. Set for 5 hours or quick freeze for 1½ hours. Break into pieces.
