Crust: filo, puff, or any pastry
Frozen spinach - use frying pan to evaporate water
Creme Fraiche
Salt and pepper and any herb you want
Salmon - no skin, flaked or cubed
2 eggs
shredded cheese
more creme fraiche

Directions:
Directions:
Drain spinach or fry to evaporate water. Add Creme Fraiche, salt, pepper and any spice you like. Spread on the crust. Cube or flake salmon and sprinkle over. Beat eggs and mix with shredded cheese and creme fraiche - pour over. Bake 45 to 60 min at 350.
