1 lb ground beef turkey or chicken
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 small can diced tomatoes
Egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a skillet until done. Drain in colander and put in a soup kettle or large pot. Add crushed tomatoes plus one can of water, diced tomatoes, vegetables. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer. About 20-30 minutes before you want to serve, add two handfuls of dry noodles, continue to simmer until the noodles are cooked.

This recipe can also be made in a crockpot. Assembly as above, add the noodles when you get home from work.
