Night before:

Sourdough starter
¾ C Canned milk (never fresh)
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 ⅓ C Flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Next Morning:

2 Egg yolks
3 Tbsp. melted margarine or oil
½ tsp. baking powder
rest of canned milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Egg whites, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg yolks, margarine, salt, milk, baking powder and baking soda. Mix. Add egg whites.

Take out generous 3/4 cup of starter to save.

Bake on greased griddle.
