1 1/2 pounds beef bottom round roast cut in 1/2 inch cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cups water
1 medium onion diced
3 celery ribs cut in 1 inches chucks
3 small carrots
3 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons beef bouillon
1 cup frozen peas
3 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In Dutch oven brown beef in oil and drain. Add water, onion, celery, carrots, potatoes and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil and reduce heat cover simmer for 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add peas. Bring to a boil. Combine flour and water until smooth add to beef mix. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
