5-7 lb Beef Tenderloin or Rump Roast
1 cup beef broth
1 cup cheap red wine
Seasoning of your choice.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Rub meat with seasoning of your choice. Place in a covered baking dish. After 2 hours (or so), take out and slice, place back into the juices and continue to cook until the roast is done to your liking (rare to well done).

Beef Tenderloin will be an expensive cut of meat. This also works well with a rump roast.
