½ c brown sugar
¼ c dry mustard
2 eggs
1 Tbsp flour
⅓ c white vinegar
⅓ c water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan until smooth. Stir in vinegar & water. Place over medium heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour into clean, sterilized jars and seal. Makes about 1 cup. Keep refrigerated

Note: Add more mustard to make hotter; add more flour to make thicker
