1 lb. hamburger
1 (3-inch) onion, diced
1 large can black olive, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. chili powder
Dash of red pepper
4 cans mild El Paso enchilada sauce
2 or 3 cans tomato sauce
Cheddar cheese
Lettuce
Sauce
Chopped onion
Corn Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with diced onion; drain. Add the black olives, garlic powder, chili powder, and red pepper. Add enchilada sauce and 2 cans tomato sauce. Taste to see if you need to add a third can of tomato sauce. Fry tortillas in leftover hamburger grease 1 second on each side then dip in sauce, put on plate. Layer cheddar cheese, lettuce, sauce, and onion (optional). Fold over and repeat.
