2 lbs ground beef
2 lbs ground pork
1 large sweet onion finely chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan or other similar cheese
5 cloves minced garlic
4 eggs lightly beaten
1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup fine chopped parsley
1/2 Tbl Oregano
1 tsp salt
1tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º
2. Saute' onion until clear. Add garlic.
3. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
4. Using an ice cream scoop, make meatballs, shape & place meatballs on non-stick sheet pans with sides.
5. place in oven and bake for 30 min.
6. After baking, Place meatballs in your spaghetti sauce you're making.
