1 lb bulk Italian Sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green or red pepper
4 tsp chopped jalapenos
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup crream
1/2 cup half and half
2 tsp minced fresh parsley
2 tsp minced fresh basil
salt and pepper
dash garlic powder
dash cayenne pepper
1 unbaked pie shell (may use Pillsbury!)

Roll out pastry and fit into 9 inch pie shell. Cover with parchment paper and fill with dry beans. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 8 minutes. Remove paper and beans and bake an additional five minutes Cool on rack.
In a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion and peppers until sausage is no longer pink. Drain and put in pie shell, and sprinkle with cheese. In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese and place in a 375 degree oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
