Ingredients:  
¼ cup chopped onion
4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drain and reserve liquid. Measure enough to make 1 ½ cups.
2 Tbsp butter
2 cups sliced celery
1 can bean sprouts
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp corn starch
3 Tbsp water
1 ½ cup cooked chicken
Chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, mushrooms in butter until tender, stir in celery, bean sprouts, soy sauce, sugar and salt, heat to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Blend corn starch in 3 Tbsp water and stir into mixture, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir one minute. Stir in chicken and heat through. Serve over noodles.
