6 eggs
1 ½ cup heavy cream
¼ Cup Diced Ham
¼ cup Diced Onions
2 Handful of fresh Spinach (diced)
1 Medium Tomatoes (diced)
¼ Cup Red Bell Pepper (diced)
¼ Cup Green Bell Pepper (diced)
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or your favorite – Mine Smoked Gouda)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Spray Pam in pie pan or Quiche Pan with or without crust.
Sauté onions, peppers and ham. Pour sautéed items, spinach, tomatoes and cheese into pan. Beat Eggs and cream until well blended, add salt and pepper, pour over top of veggies. Bake 35-45 minutes until set. (when you take the Quiche out, the middle should not jiggle)
