1 20-oz can unsweetened crush pineapple, undrained
1 cup water
1 6-oz pkg peach gelatin
4 T. sugar
2 cups peeled and chopped fresh peaches (fresh or frozen)
1 cup buttermilk
1 12-oz carton frozen whipped topping (thawed)

Directions:
In saucepan combine pineapple, water, gelatin powder and 2 T. sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat just until it comes to a boil. Pour into large bowl. Refrigerate until mixture thickens (about 45 min). In a bowl combine peaches, buttermilk and remaining sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Fold in gelatin mixture. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2½ inch dish. Refrigerate until firm.
