8 oz Oil packed sun drained tomatoes - undrained and chopped
1/2 C Onion - chopped
4 Cloves garlic - minced
4 Skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
4 T Fresh Basil - chopped
1/4 t Each salt and pepper

1 lb Linguine
Parmesan Cheese - grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain tomatoes, reserving oil.
2. Heat 1 T of oil in large skillet. Saute chicken until almost browned.
3. Add onion and garlic and heat until chicken is browned and vegetables are cooked through.
4. Add tpmatoes, garlic, salt and pepper and cook anothe3r 2 minutes
5. Add 2 T of reserved oil
6. Cook linguine in boiling salted water until al dente.
7. Spoon chicken over linguini, toss, pass parmesan cheese and serve.
