3/4 C Macaroni, cooked and drained

2 T Margarine

2 T Flour

1 1/3 C Milk

1 1/2 C Velveeta (cubed)

Salt and Pepper to taste

Margarine, cubed

Shredded Cheese for the top, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, blend in flour, salt, and pepper over low heat. Cook a few minutes do not brown. Add cold milk slowly and cook until smooth and thick. Place cooked macaroni in the casserole dish, add cubed margarine and cheese. Pour melted white sauce overall and, if desired, place shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown on top.

*This is also good placed in crock pot instead of the casserole dish and cooked for 2 hours, stirring as needed.
