1 1/2 C Self Rising Flour

2 C Sugar, divided

3 T Cocoa

1 C Milk

1 Tsp Vanilla

1 stick butter

2 C hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and pour into 9x13 pan. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, milk, and vanilla. Pour batter into pan over the butter. DO NOT MIX. Pour the hot water over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serve warm.
