Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

3 lbs Chicken, cooked and cubed

1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Sm Onion, chopped
1 C celery, chopped
1 can of mushrooms, diced

4 Cups of Chicken Broth
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 stick margarine

18 oz Spaghetti
Shredded Cheese

Cook spaghetti in the chicken broth for 20-25 minutes.
Saute pepper, celery, onion and mushrooms margarine until tender
Stir together mushroom soup, evaporated milk, chicken, and vegetables in a 9x13 casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is melted and browned.

Can freeze mixed casserole before baking. Set out of the freezer about 1/2 hour before cooking and bake for 30-35 minutes.
