5-6 large baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 quart of whipping cream
2 garlic cloves minced
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoons pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Mix cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Layer potatoes with liquid mixture in dish. Bake for 50 minutes until potatoes are fork tender and liquid is bubbly and thickened.
