Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 average sized cauliflower
1 medium onion chopped
1 c + grated old cheese
½ bag Bacon Bits or 3 slices of bacon cooked & broken into small pieces.
(The bacon is optional)

Dressing:
1 c Miracle Whip
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp of Vinegar (white or malt)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the cauliflower into bit size pieces using the flowers and tender parts of stem. Add next 3 ingredients and mix well.
Make the the dressing using the ingredients listed. Pour the dressing over the cauliflower mixture 1 - 8 hrs before serving.
Keep refrigerated.
