3 1/2 - 4 cups bread flour (all-purpose to make a chewier crust)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 envelope instant dry yeast
2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus 2 teaspoons

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a stand mixer. Combine. While mixer is running, add the water and oil and beat until the dough forms into a ball. If the dough is sticky, add additional flour 1 tablespoon at a time.

Grease a large bowl with the remaining olive oil, add the dough, cover with plastic wrap and set in a warm place to rise until double in size.

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and divide it into 2 equal pieces. Cover each with a clean towel, or plastic wrap and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Spread onto pizza pan and add toppings as desired.

Bake at 500 for 10-15 minutes.
