Ingredients:  
1 cup crushed graham crackers
3 egg yolks
cup sugar
3 tsp lemon juice
3 egg whites
1 cup cream whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook egg yolks, sugar and juice until thick. Cool. Beat egg whites until stiff. Whip cream. Mix all together carefully. Butter a refrigerator tray. Sprinkle with crumbs all around. Fill with lemon mixture and cover with remaining crumbs. Freeze and serve.
