Bar:
⅔ butter
1 cup brown sugar
⅔ cup white sugar
2 eggs
5 or 6 tsp water
1 cup raisins
1 cup oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon

Glaze:
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp very hot scalded milk
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with salt, soda and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes.
