3 Cups long grain rice
3 cups chopped green onions
1 cup chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 tablespoons Tony's
2 tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet
5 cups water
2 lbs andouille sliced or hot smoked sausage
If using Andouille add 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water in a 5 quart microwaveable covered dish for 5 minutes. Add all ingredients and cover.

Microwave on power level .5 for 25 minutes. Remove and stir completely. Cover nd microwave om power level .5 or 25 to 30 minutes more. Stir to completely combine and serve
