8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 lb powdered sugar
⅛ tsp flavoring (adjust to taste)
food coloring
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and knead until creamy and smooth. Roll into balls, coat with sugar, and press into molds. Place on was paper and allow to dry for 2 hours. Refrigerate or freeze. Make different flavor variations and colors depending upon occasion and preference. Some to try include mint, almond, vanilla, butter, and rum.
