6 oz semi-sweet chocolate,
coarsely chopped
¼ cup butter
3 Tbsp whipping cream
1 beaten egg yolk
3 tsp rum, brandy or whipping cream
1 lb chocolate flavored candy coating, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate, butter, and 3 Tbsp whipping cream in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. Gradually stir half the mixture into the beaten egg yolk. Return egg
mixture to saucepan. Stirring constantly about 2 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in rum/brandy/whipping cream and chill 1 hour. Beat on medium 2 min or until slightly fluffy. Chill 15 min. make balls and chill 30 minutes. Dip in melted chocolate coating.
