1 pkg yellow or white Jiffy cake mix
3 cups chopped rhubarb
¼ cup orange or pineapple juice
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to package directions; pour batter into greased and floured square pan; set aside. combine rhubarb, juice, and sugar in small sauce pan. Cover and cook over low heat until rhubarb is nearly tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in butter. Pour hot rhubarb over cake batter; bake at 350° for about 35 minutes, or top is golden in color.
