Cookie:
2 cups sugar
½ cup Oleo
½ cup + 2 Tbsp butter
1 cup honey
¾ cup sour cream
3 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
5 cups flour

Icing:
5 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
6 Tbsp heavy cream
2 Tbsp butter
6 large marshmallows
1 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cookie ingredients; chill to firm. Bake at 350° until golden.

Icing: Combine sugar, brown sugar, cream, and butter in medium saucepan. Boil 2 minutes; remove from heat. Cut marshmallows in half and add, stirring until dissolved. Stir in powdered sugar when mixture is cool. Place dollop of icing between 2 cookies to create a sandwich.
