Ingredients:  
1 lb box dates
2 cups sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter
dash of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups rice krispies
1 cup chopped pecans
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Cook over low heat. Use back of spoon and press dates against side of pan. Keep under boiling until mixture is smooth. Place cereal and pecans in large bowl and pour mixture over. Mix well. Grease hands and form into small balls. Roll in coconut.
