1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. sour cream
1 (7 oz.) can tomatillo salsa
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1Tbsp. fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a serving bowl.
