1/3 c green pepper chopped
2 tbsp. Spanish onion
1/3 c celery cut up fine
1/3 c peanuts chopped
1/3 c carrots grated
mayonnaise to moisten
Filling B
1 c ground ham or baloney and ham combined
1/3 c chopped sweet green pickle or green relish
1 hard boiled egg chopped
1 tsp prepared mustard
mayonnaise to moisten

Directions:
Directions:
Use 3 slices of bread for each sandwich (2 brown and 1 white for middle slice). Spread filling A on butter brown slice. Top with buttered white slice and spread on filling B. Top with second buttered brown slice. Trim off crusts and cut 1" thick or desired thickness.
