6 lasagna noodles
8 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
Cooking spray
2 jars (16 oz) Alfredo Sauce
3 cups diced fully cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles (or use oven ready). Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat eggs and milk. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook eggs over medium-low heat until set but moist. Remove from the heat. Drain noodles.

Spread 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer with lasagna noodles, ham, green pepper and onions. Top with Alfredo Sauce and repeat another layer of noodles, ham, green pepper and onions. Top with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and Alfredo Sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake, uncovered at 375º for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly.

Ingredients can be easily increase to fit the crowd you are feeding. Also can use bacon, sausage, and any other vegetables such as spinach, mushrooms of your choosing.
