1/2 c butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 c plus 2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs well beaten
1 1/2 c coconut
1 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, salt, 1/2 c brown sugar and 1 c flour. Pat into ungreased 9X12" pan or 8X8" pan for thicker bars. Bake at 325ºF until slightly brown. Blend remaining sugar, vanilla, eggs, flour, baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt, coconut and chopped nuts. Spread over crust. Bake until set. cut into squares while warm.
