2 eggs
½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1½ cup creamy peanut butter
3 tsp. vanilla
1 cup Hershey chips
2 shakes cinnamon
4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1½ cups buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, butter, brown and white sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter, vanilla and cinnamon. By hand, add flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Blend, then add buttermilk and Hersey chips.
Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
Allow muffins to stand in tin for 5-10 minutes.
Makes 12 regular muffins.
