2 lbs. Ground Beef
½ Med. Yellow Onion (diced)
2 tsp. Minced Garlic
3 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp. Flour
½ tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 package (16 oz.) Frozen Peas and Carrots
2 tsp. Oregano
12 Servings Instand Potatos

Directions:
Prepare 12 servings of instant potatoes and set aside.

Preheat oven to 400º.
In a large skillet brown Ground Beef with the Black Pepper and Worcestershire Sauce. Drain excess grease and set skillet aside. In a separate skillet Sauté Diced Yellow Onion, Minced Garlic and Butter until Onions are soft. Add Onion and Garlic mix to Ground Beef skillet and return to low heat. Add Oregano, Flour, Splash of Milk, and frozen Peas and Carrots to Ground Beef and Onion mix stirring occasionally until heated. Once heated, spread evenly in bottom of 11x13 baking dish. Cover evenly with Potatoes and bake until potatoes start to become golden brown (about 30 minutes). Sprinkle lightly with Paprika before serving.

If I had to make a list of my top 5 recipes this would definitely make that list. Maybe a bit more labor intensive than some of my others but well worth it.
