Directions:
Place 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in a one-cup measuring cup. Fill the rest of the cup with all-purpose flour. Sift this mixture together several times until well mixed. Do this for every cup of cake flour needed.

*To sift flour without a sifter just use a strainer. Fill it with flour and tap against the palm of your hand over a bowl.
