1 Cup Crisco Shortening
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Crushed Pineapple
2 Eggs (beaten)
4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mixing by hand, combine shortening and both white and brown sugar together in large bowl until smooth. Add crushed pineapple and beaten eggs, mix well (by hand). Next, mix the flour, salt, baking soda and vanilla into the bowl.

Drop cookie batter by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes. Do not over bake.
