2 lb. Broccoli, fresh or frozen
½ lb. Bacon
4 oz. Shredded Cheese
6 Green Onions
½ Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup Sugar
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli and put into a large bowl, let cool completely. Fry bacon,crumble into pieces and add to bowl. Cut the green onions into small pieces and add to bowl along with the shredded cheese.

In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar, and salt/pepper. Pour over the broccoli combination and mix well.

Refrigerate until needed.
