remove anything you can pull out from inside of the whole chicken. Place whole chicken in 8 cups of water salted with 1/2 C salt. Add water to cover. Refrigerate, in salt water, overnight. 2 hours before your eat time, drain chicken and pat dry. Preheat oven to 350
