12 oz boneless beef sirloin
8 oz sour cream
2 Tbsp flour
2 tsp instant beef bouillon
½ cup water
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
hot cooked noodles

Directions:

Trim fat from meat, thinly slice across the grain into bite-size strips. In a small bowl stir together sour cream and flour, stir in bouillon granules, water, and pepper; set aside. In a large skillet cook and stir the onion, mushrooms, and garlic in hot butter for 2-3 minutes. Add meat and cook an additional 5 minutes or until desired doneness. Drain off fat. Stir sour cream mixture into skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubble. Cook and stir 1 minute longer. Serve over noodles.
