2 c. Vanilla Waffers © (crumbled)
1 c. Powdered Sugar
⅓ c. Apple Crown Royal ©
2 Tbsp. White Corn Syrup (Light Karo Syrup)
1½ tsp. Apple Sauce with Cinnamon
½ tsp. Apple Pie Spice

Use a food processor to crumble the Vanilla Waffers.

Combine all of the ingredients and let stand for about 15 minutes. Mix again to ensure there are no pockets of dry ingredients. Roll dough into 1 in. balls. Roll formed ball in Confectionary (powdered) sugar until evenly coated. Store in the refrigerator, in a sealed container, until needed. Roll balls in powdered sugar again before serving.

Dough should be firm and easy to form like Playdoh ©. It may be necessary to add a little more Apple Crown (or water) to dough if it starts to dry out.
