1 whole chicken, cooked and cut
2 pkg 5oz noodles, cooked
1 lb of Velveeta cubed
1 onion
1 green pepper diced
1 stick butter
1 can mushrooms
1 cup chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
1 can small English peas

Directions:
Directions:
SautÚ onion, green pepper in butter. Add mushrooms, chicken broth and Rotel and cook 20 minutes. Add cheese and chicken, cook until melted, remove from heat, add peas and cooked noodles. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350║ for 20 minutes.
