1 16 oz Frozen Purple Hull Peas
1/2 Teaspoon Cooking Oil
1 Cup Seasoning Blend (celery, bell peppers, onion)
4 Cups Water
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Teaspoons Bacon (Bacon Bits)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place oil and heat up in a medium sauce pan. Add peas. Stir peas until peas are slightly brown. Pour seasoning blend and cook until soften. Add water, Bacon bits, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cook and stir in low heat for about 1 hour. Peas should be soften when done.
